"My name is Missy and I've been a proud Starbucks partner for over a decade. I am also an artist and when the opportunity arose to marry the two I was thrilled. To be able to express other people's individuality through my creativity is quite simply joyful. We have finally reached a point in Starbucks history where baristas can express their individual creativity on their skin but upper management wants to draw the line with name tags? Seems silly.
